03 / About
An engineer focused on useful, maintainable systems.
My work sits at the intersection of software engineering, systems analysis, and operational problem-solving.
01 / Working approach
I’m Zaw (Roaf) Htun, a Los Angeles–based software engineer currently serving as a Systems Analyst at the Los Angeles Public Library.
I’ve worked across internal applications, enterprise workflows, web platforms, GPS data visualization, desktop software, and game analytics. That range taught me to begin with the people and processes a system supports, then choose technology that makes the result reliable and maintainable.
I value clear requirements, accessible interfaces, thoughtful collaboration, and delivery practices that leave software easier to understand than I found it.
02 / Education
A computer science foundation grounded in persistence.
